Beaulieu Chocolate Studio creations are not a newbie to the blog and I have already reviewed two bars, Pistachio and Forest Fruits. This time it is the turn of the Beaulieu Chocolate Studio Amaretti Chocolate Bar
Nestled in the New Forest they create contemporary and local speciality chocolates which are all hand-made using fresh and where possible local ingredients. The store itself is divided into two halves, one where the magic happens and the chocolate is made, and the other the store. It’s a chocoholics mini paradise.
Although the New Forest and Beaulieu are lovely places to lists, you can now buy these chocolate bars on their online store. There are lots of combinations to try, whether you prefer milk, white or dark chocolate with nuts, fruit, biscuits or sweets. I am sure you can find a bar you will want to try. At £3.95 a bar it is quite an average price for handmade chocolate, and they even do a 3 for £10 deal.
Almond flavoured crunchy amaretti biscuits contrast with creamy smooth milk chocolate
As you can see there isn’t just a sprinkling of amaretti here, no there are full on chunky biscuits. Their milk chocolate is as dreamy and creamy as can be and very much compliments the amaretti flavour and crunchy texture these biscuits bring. It’s quite the indulgent bar, but equally moreish.
This Beaulieu Chocolate Studio Amaretti Chocolate Bar is one of the nicest chocolate bars I have ever had. It’s refreshing to have a flavour that isn’t common, yet so simple and delicious. If you love chocolate and want to support a small business head over and get yourself a bar, or three!
