Thins seem to be all the rage, or perhaps it is to coax us into a less guilty state of biscuit eating when we are trying to eat healthy. Nonetheless after my love of the Oreo Thins I was pretty intrigued to see how Mcvitie’s Digestives Thins would pan out.  Aside from today’s offerings of Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Thins, Mcvitie’s Digestives Thins also comes in Cappuccino. Although not one for me I do like they have gone for traditional flavours as well as a flavour they don’t normally do. I found these Milk Chocolate Thins in Tesco Express…

Let’s just say when the lovely Charlotte told me about Fox’s Rocky Peanut Butter Bars I went into a bit of an excited frenzy. Rocky bars were one of my favourite chocolate bars when I was a kid and a staple in my lunchbox. After searching 5 supermarkets, yes 5, I was still no better off until Charlotte saved the day, because she is totes amazing, and sent me a pack.  These new bars come in an 8 pack, are a beautifully rounded price of £1.00 and are vegetarian friendly. The list of ingredients is scarily long so best not…

I have spied Oreo Thins on varying American websites and now they have finally skipped across the pond and hit our shelves. Thin does bring apprehensions because there is nothing better than a delightfully squidgy Oreo a la the American style, but never one to turn down a biscuit these were a must try.  Oreo Thins currently comes in two flavours, Original and Chocolate Creme. Weight Watchers regularly release a few new products and I had a mini jump for joy when I saw these Weight Watchers Mini Custard Cream Bites. Despite the use of mini, because let’s face it mini snacks leave you wanting more, I still had to throw these in my basket. I used to eat custard creams and bourbons for that matter like they were going out of fashion. Nowadays I prefer Hobnobs with my cuppa but every now and again a custard cream will slip on in. Weight Watchers have harnessed this humble cream filled biscuit to give it a…

Finally I have these McVitie’s Hobnobs Milk Chocolate Nibbles in my possession, well actually it was last week but hey-ho. I have been saying ever since the original McVitie’s Digestives versions that I hope they bring out a Hobnob version and low and behold almost a year later dreams do become a reality.  The Nibbles range has certainly been a winner and, rightly so, McVitie’s have decided the time is right to expand the range and I couldn’t agree more. This little 120g packet was on offer for £1.00 in Tesco and is currently available in just the milk chocolate flavour.…
