Cadbury Mint Twirl Limited Edition

You could have easily guessed that this would be the natural progression, which makes the Cadbury Mint Twirl somewhat disappointing. Don’t get me wrong I 100% knew I was going to be trying it the minute it hit stores, but you would like to think a more innovative flavour was on the cards. Initially a sign-up to be in for a chance of a freebie, these Cadbury Mint Twirl bars have slipped their way onto shelves almost unnoticed. More luck has been had with finding these in local shops rather than in supermarkets. A whole host of these and other flavours…

Cadbury Mint Chocolate Fingers

A year on since the Chocolate Orange Fingers now Cadbury Mint Chocolate Fingers have hit the shelves. Is it possible that mint chocolate is going to explode into a tonne of varieties and overtake the plethora of chocolate orange? If you missed the review on the Mint Choc Buttons then you can find it here. As with the Buttons you can pick these up from Tesco for a slightly higher RRP of £1.50 per box. It is yet to be known when they will be hitting other stores. Each tray is filled with crisp mint flavoured biscuits covered with Cadbury…

Cadbury Mint Chocolate Buttons

Move over chocolate orange there is a new flavour back in town and that is mint chocolate. Of course this is not a new flavour duo but seems to be making a comeback. Cadbury have given us two new products and first up it’s the Cadbury Mint Chocolate Buttons. I have not seen these anywhere other than Tesco. Each pack of Buttons is RRP £1.00 and accompanying these buttons is the new Cadbury Mint Choc Fingers. First thoughts were wow these were exceptionally minty and sweet. Fast forward a few days and a packet and a half later, and these…

Maryland Cookies It’s Mint To Be

The track record for different flavoured Maryland Cookies in my opinion has not been great. Their flavour ambitions are up there, it is the execution that lets it down. That being said two new varieties have hit the shelves, one of which are these Maryland Cookies It’s Mint To Be. These new cookies are mint flavoured cookies (obviously) with chocolate chips and sugar pearls. You will now find them in both Sainsbury and Tesco for around £1.35 a pack. It is quite nice to see that they haven’t gone done the chocolate orange route like so many others recently. You…

Mint Maltesers Buttons

Shut the front door we have only been given Mint Maltesers Buttons! Usually such variations are reserved for Australia (FYI they have some awesome sounding Maltesers) but not today, because these Mint Maltesers Buttons have landed!  I am surprised they didn’t go for an orange theme given the epic Twirl, delicious Terry Mini Eggs and Mr Kipling Whirls. I applaud them not going with the trend. In fact they haven’t just stopped at buttons, they’ve also given us a mint ice cream lolly. Available in a variety of sizes, you can pick them up in most supermarkets, B&M and Poundland. Cost wise depends…
