Cinnabon Caramel Pecan and Lotus Biscoff

Cinnamon Pecan Review

Freshly baked cinnamon buns is not what you expect from a petrol services. Yet stranger things have happened and here we are with two mouth watering doughy delights in hand. So let’s welcome to the blog Cinnabon Caramel Pecan and Lotus Biscoff.

The in-store menu is refined with 3 permanent flavours, Classic, Caramel Pecan and Choco and a limited edition flavour of Lotus Biscoff. But what if I don’t have a store near me? Fear not Cinnabon deliver within the UK (sorry not including Northern Ireland). Sadly they don’t appear to do mixed boxes but don’t let that put you off.

Cinnabon Caramel PecanSignature Classic Roll, topped with decadent caramel frosting and pecans for the perfect crunch.

The standard size is a hunky chunk but if you are wanting a slightly smaller treat, then the Minibon is for you. These can be eaten cold or reheated which frankly is an absolute game changer and would recommend you heat these up a little and let that frosting melt into those layers.

De-lic-ious!! There is no doubt about it. The dough is light as a feather, the cinnamon punchy but complementary to both topping combinations. As expected the Caramel Pecan is super sticky sweet with the nutty topping giving some crunch and texture. I’d love to swap out the caramel for maple to give this some real autumnal vibes.

If you have been reading my blog for a while (thank you so much if you have!) then you’ll know my love for Lotus Biscoff. Naturally I had to choose this one too. Size wise I prefer this Minibon but as you can see, the bake was definitely better on the classic size. Nonetheless, packed full of flavour, an abundance of biscuity crumb and just a taste sensation.

What is not to love about the Cinnabon Caramel Pecan and Lotus Biscoff. Literally nothing!I shall indeed be back for another.
