Queen of Tarts Snow Fairie Wax Melt Dupe

Queen of Tarts Snow Fairy Dupes

What would you say if I said you could have Snow Fairy all year round? Well you can… sort of! Queen of Tarts Snow Fairie melts are a dupe of the gorgeous fragrance that Lush do ever year in their Christmas products. Expect this time it comes in a wax melt form.

I went through a faze a few years back with wax melts but have since gravitated back to candles. That said when someone says Snow Fairy my ears prick up. Queen of Tarts has done exactly this with their Snow Fairie dupe and I cannot take any credit for this find, it was all down to my glorious mum.

Handmade in Plymouth these vibrantly pink glittery wax melts are made using 100% soy wax and only the highest quality of ingredients. Over on their Etsy Shop there are over 50 different fragrances to choose from where most are in packs of 6 or you can buy some singularly. These Snow Fairie dupes come in at £3.50, which I am more than happy to pay.

What is in this sparkly wax melt? Well it’s a combination of light fruits and florals, peaches, bananas, and citrus which is followed with soft florals of jasmine and wild violets on a background of warm vanilla and exotic musk. That is quite a lot to pack on in there, and who’d have thought all of this would result in a Snow Fairy dupe.

If the initial unlit aroma is anything to go by then these are going to be INCREDIBLE. Dusting off my tea light oil burner let’s get one of these lit. For those who don’t know how to use wax melts, it couldn’t be simpler all you need is an oil burner which is either electric or powered by tea lights, and you are good to go (see above).

This wax melt took a few minutes to fully melt, however this is more to do with the tall oil burner than anything. Honestly this smells even more incredible than could ever been imagined. The smell is undeniably EXACTLY the same as Snow Fairy. The first burn was pretty strong with the aroma wafting through the bungalow, to the point it could be smelt in pretty much every room. It is hard to say how long exactly these last before the fragrance disappears but I got about two and a bit tea lights before it started smelling waxy.

It is safe to say that the Queen of Tarts Snow Fairie Wax Melt Dupe is bang on. The quality is there, it lasts and to top it off it is pink and glittery. Winning on every level. I am a very much in love with these, thank you Queen of Tarts for giving us Snow Fairy all year round!

If you fancy giving these a try or any of the other fragrances on offer, hop on over to their Etsy shop.
