Montezuma’s Peanut Butter Snowballs

We cannot have a festive eddition without some peanut butter treats. I loved Montezuma’s Easter Peanut Butter Eggs so I was mighty excited to see these Montezuma’s Peanut Butter Snowballs as part of their christmas range. 

I love the box and the presentation but I am not enthused by the price. £5.49 for a box is a little pricey to me, especially when on Ocado they are £4.99.

The sizing of these was perfect and I like the slightly undone nature where the darker chocolate can slightly be seen through the white chocolate coating. The white chocolate was smooth and oh so creamy and indulgent, just how chocolate and indeed truffles should be. I love the contrast of the white and the milk chocolate and is a fabulous choice of Montezuma’s to combine the two rather than opting for one over the other. The peanut butter truffle had a smooth peanut butter flavour that was strong and creamy and offset the sweetness from the white chocolate to give the perfect balance without making these sickly sweet. 

I am a totally in love with these Montezuma’s Peanut Butter Snowballs. I love these even more than their Mini Eggs which I didn’t think could be topped. A must have stocking filler for a peanut butter lover.
