This is the chocolate Easter treat you didn’t know you needed until now. Fusing two of my favourites, chocolate and popcorn, Mars Inc have given us the Maltesers Popcorn Bunny.
Currently in all major supermarkets these are 65p each with some stores doing a deal if you buy multiple. Hint buy more you won’t regret it. Alternatively you can also purchase these in mini bunny form.
Each chunky bunny is made from milk chocolate and filled with a popcorn flavoured malt filling (35%) and corn crumble pieces (2.2%).
I confess when I purchased these I wasn’t holding my breath but the popcorn flavour even upon opening is right there. The chocolate is milky and creamy, and the filling runs throughout. There is not much more to say other than this is bang on popcorn flavour.
It’s been a while since we have had a buck with the trend treat and this Maltesers Popcorn Bunny has not disappointed. Move over mint and orange, this popcorn one is delicious, moreish and will be on the repurchase list.
