Maryland Thins Salted Caramel Cookies

The thins family has grown and now Maryland Cookies have jumped on the bandwagon with two new additions, Milk & Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel. I know some people are not a fan of the thins but I very much enjoyed the Oreo and McVitie’s versions, so I was very much looking forward to these Salted Caramel Maryland Thins. I found these unexpectedly on my dash into Asda where I was after flamingo glasses, yes glasses with flamingos on, they’re ever so exciting. I have since seen these Maryland Cookies in Sainsbury’s and the Co-Op so they are readily available…

Müller Light Salted Caramel Chocolate Fix

Müller Light Salted Caramel Chocolate Fix has seemingly snuck onto the supermarket shelves without being noticed. It seems so under the radar that I cannot even find anything about it on the internet! Müller made a fuss about their Chocolate & Caramel layer numbers, so I find it odd that I haven’t come across any Salted Caramel adverts. Nonetheless I’m not complaining as I am all for a salted caramel good.  As before these come in a pack of four for £1.50 and contain 100g. Possibly don’t read the ingredient list, there are far too many ingredients listed for such a tiny…

Art Meets Chocolate – Salted Caramel

It is a fine line with salted caramel and one that not everyone can master. We have had some right doozies that have zero salt in or so much salt you could grit your pathways with, and others that have hit the nail right on the head and created something divine (here’s looking at you Superb Salted Peanut Caramel & Lindt Salted Caramel).  I previously reviewed the Art Meets Chocolate Gastown Bar which was the questionable peanut butter and bacon chocolate bar, however you will be pleased to know we are on more safer grounds with today’s review of salted…

Lindt Hello Salted Caramel

Lindt is back on the blog today with the Lindt Hello Salted Caramel bar. It’s no secret that I think Lindt is the bees knees, don’t get me wrong they did shatter my dreams and I’m not sure I can ever fully forgive them when I found out I couldn’t go and get my Lindt chocolate from the master chocolatier chap in the hat, but it is true that I am yet to come across a bad Lindt chocolate bar. Alongside the traditional Lindt bars and truffle balls, they have bought out a newer, funkier range of chocolate bars in the the…

Snyder’s of Hanover Salted Caramel Pretzel Pieces

I first came across Snyder’s of Hanover when I reviewed their very delicious Peanut Butter Pretzel Sandwiches. Ever since then it would appear that there has been a Snyder’s of Hanover explosion because everywhere I go I keep finding them, maybe it’s a sign so not one to deny such things I opted for these Snyder’s of Hanover Salted Caramel Pretzel Pieces.  Mixing the sweet with the savoury, Snyder’s have taken the humble savoury sourdough pretzel pieces and flavoured them with buttery salted caramel and packaged them in a handy handbag size.  Buttery caramel is accented with flecks of salt on…
