M&S Connie Caterpillar Birthday Cake

Birthday equals cake it is as simple as that! Over the last year we have had the bitterly disappointing Jammie Dodger Cake and the sweet and little dry Cadbury Chocolate Flake, so this month we decided to stick to the good old chocolate cake and went for the new M&S Connie Caterpillar Cake. Colin has gone and got himself a girlfriend and isn’t she just oh so pretty, look at that beautiful face with enviable eyelashes. The Caterpillar cake is the pinnacle of birthday’s, Colin is of course the undisputed King; even Mr Beckham indulged in him this year! Colin certainly takes me back to my childhood so naturally when…

Art Meets Chocolate – Salted Caramel

It is a fine line with salted caramel and one that not everyone can master. We have had some right doozies that have zero salt in or so much salt you could grit your pathways with, and others that have hit the nail right on the head and created something divine (here’s looking at you Superb Salted Peanut Caramel & Lindt Salted Caramel).  I previously reviewed the Art Meets Chocolate Gastown Bar which was the questionable peanut butter and bacon chocolate bar, however you will be pleased to know we are on more safer grounds with today’s review of salted…

Art Meets Chocolate – Peanut Butter & Bacon

Today’s review comes off the back of a rather large chocolate package that came all the way from Canada. Art Meets Chocolate is completely new to me as is today’s flavour of Peanut Butter and Bacon. What also separates…

Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Happy Friday! We have gone giant with today’s review so prepare yourself! Are you prepared? Good! A while back the gem that is Miss Snack Warrior searched high and low to buy me one of the most amazing foodie presents a peanut butter lover could ever imagine… peanut butter cups. Not just any peanut butter cups, oh no, GIANT Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! Reese’s have gone supersize and decided to whack a whole pound of peanut butter and chocolate across two giant-sized cups, and I for one am not complaining. Just holding the packet was hefty enough, just look at these beauties. I wish…

Birds Eye Chocolate Chip Pancakes

It’s Pancakes again today. Little over a week ago I tried the new Birds Eye Classic Pancakes and today it is the turn of Birds Eye Chocolate Chip Pancakes, because surely everything is better with a little bit of chocolate in! Part of their new breakfast range, Birds Eye have aimed to slash the time it takes to make pancakes and waffles so we can enjoy them with minimal effort. For best results toast from frozen, albeit if you fancy it you can also microwave them. I opted again for toasting, it does say 3 minutes for toasty perfection but I found…
