We are getting close to the glitz, the glamour and the festivities and a glass of bubbles couldn’t be more perfect at such a time. It is tradition that the bubbles are flowing in our house on Christmas Day, as well as throwing in a few cocktail creations thereafter to see us through to New Year. So naturally I cannot think of a better time to share some champagne and prosecco cocktails to really get us in the party spirit, and perhaps give you some drink inspiration.
