Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake

Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Review

The classic ice cream dessert that is Vienetta has had a baby dupe and bestowed upon us the Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake. It is a dreamy combination with ribbons of dairy ice cream and Lotus Biscoff crunchy biscuits AND spread. Hello!

This beaut of a dessert is available from Tesco only (that I can find) and comes in at £3.75 a pop. The ratio has so kindly been split as follows 78% Caramelised Biscuit Dairy Ice Cream with 11% Caramelised Biscuit Spread, 10% Chocolate Flavoured Layers and 1% Caramelised Biscuit Crumble.

Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream CakeWith it’s beautifully formed layers and swirls you have got to have your patience about you, and let it sit a little from the freezer to get its melt on. Honestly if you do it will be so worth it.

The ice cream is smooth and yes it is not the highest quality ice cream but it is just like a slab of Mr Whippy. Th crunchy layers are perfectly proportioned, I don’t mind the milk chocolate although for maximum Biscoff flavour I would have preferred more biscuit spread layers. That being said the flavour of Biscoff is undeniable.

The Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake is a hit. An easy and tasty dessert that you probably won’t want to share!

Have you tried this yet?
