Soreen Chocolate

Since Soreen kindly sent me a range of their loaves to try I have been mildy obsessed, especially with their Banana version. Seriously if you haven’t tried it yet you need to! Whilst skipping up the aisles to replenish my banana stocks I spied Soreen Chocolate and knew it had to be a must try.  For a bargain price of 50p from Asda, this is a slightly smaller loaf than the others. Like all Soreen Loaves this can be eaten how it comes, or you can toast it and slather whatever you like on it. Again I opted for both…

Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Clusters

When I heard that peanut butter had made an appearance in our cereal here in the UK I went a bit giddy. Like the Rocky Peanut Butter Bars the ever so fabulous Charlotte also tweeted me about the new Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Clusters. Again like said Rocky bars I searched the shelves at far too many supermarkets but finally these clusters are in my hands!  This very snazzy looking box is going to cost you £2.79, not too shabby for cereal when in theory it has 11 servings in, however whether most people stick to the serving suggestions is another matter. It…

Mcvitie’s Digestives Thins Milk and Dark Chocolate

Thins seem to be all the rage, or perhaps it is to coax us into a less guilty state of biscuit eating when we are trying to eat healthy. Nonetheless after my love of the Oreo Thins I was pretty intrigued to see how Mcvitie’s Digestives Thins would pan out.  Aside from today’s offerings of Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Thins, Mcvitie’s Digestives Thins also comes in Cappuccino. Although not one for me I do like they have gone for traditional flavours as well as a flavour they don’t normally do. I found these Milk Chocolate Thins in Tesco Express…

Fox’s Rocky Peanut Butter

Let’s just say when the lovely Charlotte told me about Fox’s Rocky Peanut Butter Bars I went into a bit of an excited frenzy. Rocky bars were one of my favourite chocolate bars when I was a kid and a staple in my lunchbox. After searching 5 supermarkets, yes 5, I was still no better off until Charlotte saved the day, because she is totes amazing, and sent me a pack.  These new bars come in an 8 pack, are a beautifully rounded price of £1.00 and are vegetarian friendly. The list of ingredients is scarily long so best not…

Oreo Thins Original & Chocolate Creme

I have spied Oreo Thins on varying American websites and now they have finally skipped across the pond and hit our shelves. Thin does bring apprehensions because there is nothing better than a delightfully squidgy Oreo a la the American style, but never one to turn down a biscuit these were a must try.  Oreo Thins currently comes in two flavours, Original and Chocolate Creme. I am not really a Chocolate Creme fan but I cannot have one without the other here. The premise behind these Thins is apparently because they wanted to give us adults a ‘sophisticated’ on the go…
