Monster Munch Pickled Onion Peanuts

After a hankering for a bag of Monster Munch I stumbled across these Monster Munch Pickled Onion Peanuts by chance. There is a whole range of new flavoured coated nuts ranging from Wotsits, McCoys, Sensations and Walkers. This pack was £2.75 for 160g and I found them in Sainsbury’s, although they are stocked in other supermarkets and on Amazon Fresh *. As soon as you open the bag, you’re hit with that unmistakable Monster Munch smell that you just want to tuck right into. The flavour itself isn’t quite as bold as I was expecting. It’s a bit more muted than…

Mr Porky Pork Snacks

The staple snack with a pint of something in a pub ideally in the garden on a warm Summer’s day. Yes I am talking about Mr Porky Pork Scratchings. Fox’s Winter Desserts Biscuits

There’s nothing better than biscuits with your tea (or coffee) and what’s great about the festive season, it has been biscuit selection boxes galore. Yes I am still teetering on the edge of the festive period and picked these Fox’s Winter Desserts Biscuits because they sound scrumptious. Half price in Sainsbury’s this box of 16 biscuits was £2.50. Sadly there is only one tray so no getting excited that there is another layer hiding in there! Fox’s have given us 4 dessert flavours Chocolate Brownie, Millionaire’s Shortbread, White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Each biscuit has a…

They too have 20% protein, are gluten free, high in fibre, vegan/vegetarian and are the winner of The Great Taste Award. Coming in 3 flavours, 2 vegan 1 vegetarian, these can be purchased…

McVitie’s Jaffa Jonuts

Newness alert! Going above the usual flavour change, we have instead been given the lovechild of the OG Jaffa Cake and delicious donuts; enter the McVitie’s Jaffa Jonuts. Not just hell bent on the cake or biscuit debate McVitie’s have now thrown donuts (really it’s doughnuts!!) into the mix. The concept is out there and is bound to shake things up. Currently only available in orange, I highly suspect that other flavours will quickly follow. These were in Tesco for £2.00 or £1.50 if you are a club card member. Each box comes with 4 individually wrapped donuts. The wrappers are…
