Next up on the Easter trail is the M&S Pistachio Creme Filled Eggs. Pistachio seems to be having a moment and it is nice to see that they have included a mini version rather than just the large filled egg.
These come in at £3, which is a great price, and I picked these up on Ocado. Each egg is made up of Swiss milk chocolate and filled with a smooth, creamy pistachio centre.
The vibrant packaging is a win for me, I like the use of the green and orange and the metallic gold on the egg wrappings.
The eggs themselves are small-ish, but they don’t hold back. They’re filled right to the brim with pistachio‑flavoured crème, and the flavour hits instantly. The chocolate is definitely a background partner but you can taste it’s creaminess and that it is not just cheap chocolate. They have nailed the flavour, it doesn’t taste fake and an all round win.
If you’re into pistachio anything, these M&S Pistachio Creme Filled Eggs are a fun little win. Nutty, sweet, and surprisingly bold.
