Every year the shelves start stocking festive treats earlier and earlier and every year I end up buying them before Autumn has a chance to show its face! Fans will be delighted because making a comeback this year are the M&S Gingerbread & White Chocolate Cookies.
These were released this week and M&S are obviously anticipating a stampede because these were everywhere in store.
Each pack is filled with 5 relatively sizeable cookies and cost £3.15, which is a recent increase. These cookies promise warming gingerbread, white chocolate and salted caramel fudge, sign me up!
Normally gingerbread and white chocolate wouldn’t be a pairing I would envisage working but these are incredible. With a slightly crisp outer but soft and chewy middle the flavour of these are top notch. Perfect level of gingerbread where the more you eat the warmer it gets, and the addition of salted caramel and white chocolate chunks which are nicely proportioned, takes it to a new cookie level.
These M&S Gingerbread and White Chocolate Cookies are Christmas in cookie form. If you haven’t yet had these or were a fan last year, run don’t walk!
