Cadbury Dairy Milk Peanut Butter Oreo

It’s new and I am flabbergasted that I have already found the Cadbury Dairy Milk Peanut Butter Oreo. Cadbury have released two new Dairy Milk flavours – Peanut Butter Oreo and Mint Oreo in order to charm young adults. Why this is the way to a young adults heart I do not know, please enlighten me if you do, however it has certainly captured my attention.  I found this 120g bar in my local Sainsbury’s supermarket for £1.00. Let’s not beat around the bush the UK Peanut Butter Oreos were shockingly bad, namely as there wasn’t even a hint of peanut butter…

Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Clusters

When I heard that peanut butter had made an appearance in our cereal here in the UK I went a bit giddy. Like the Rocky Peanut Butter Bars the ever so fabulous Charlotte also tweeted me about the new Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter Clusters. Again like said Rocky bars I searched the shelves at far too many supermarkets but finally these clusters are in my hands!  This very snazzy looking box is going to cost you £2.79, not too shabby for cereal when in theory it has 11 servings in, however whether most people stick to the serving suggestions is another matter. It…

Fox’s Rocky Peanut Butter

Let’s just say when the lovely Charlotte told me about Fox’s Rocky Peanut Butter Bars I went into a bit of an excited frenzy. Rocky bars were one of my favourite chocolate bars when I was a kid and a staple in my lunchbox. After searching 5 supermarkets, yes 5, I was still no better off until Charlotte saved the day, because she is totes amazing, and sent me a pack.  These new bars come in an 8 pack, are a beautifully rounded price of £1.00 and are vegetarian friendly. The list of ingredients is scarily long so best not…

Reese’s Rounds

Branching out from the peanut butter cups Hershey’s has stepped foot into new realms with Reese’s Rounds. I have seen mixed feelings about these but that isn’t going to stop me from trying them myself.  I found this 8 pack of chocolate covered biscuits in Waitrose for an okay price of £1.50. The biscuits sat in a segregated black tray which certainly reduced the risk of any unnecessary breakages. Huzzah.  Crunchy biscuits with a peanut butter filling and covered in milk chocolate. Per biscuit: 96 kcal, 3.2g sat fat, 5.2g sugar, 2g protein.  These were certainly thick round biscuits. The biscuit itself…

Christmas: Reese’s Peanut Butter Tree

We couldn’t have a festive period without a Reese’s Peanut Butter Tree now could we. Usually I struggle to find the Reese’s limited edition holiday ones but this year the Reese’s Trees are in abundance in the stores near me.  This 34g tree cost a rounded £1.00 from the local newsagents, however these are readily available in all major supermarkets. Huzzah! Festive rich milk chocolate candy filled with the creamy peanut butter. There was some controversy over Reese’s shape ability but this year seems to be far better than the ridiculously shaped blobs of last Christmas. At first glance these…
