KitKat Gingerbread

Do I spy another year of gingerbread being the hit flavour for festive foodie treats? Last week we had the comeback of the M&S Cookies and this week we have the 2 finger KitKat Gingerbread. Across their whole range KitKat have certainly done some flavours over the years. Unlike a Chunky there isn’t much room in a 2 finger KitKat to add any oomph of flavour so it is unsurprising here that the gingerbread flavouring is in the chocolate coating. Each multipack comes with 8 bars and retail at £2.20 but were on offer at the time for £1.50 in…

Golden Wonder Festive Crisps *

With a few weeks to go until Christmas the snacks are in abundance. Upping the festivities and covering all party essentials, Golden Wonder have expanded into Christmas Tree Tortillas and Baubles. These Golden Wonder Festive Crisps were kindly sent to me and are available in stores including Tesco and Home Bargains. The Christmas Tree Tortillas are seasoned with honey glazed ham and the Baubles with glazed ham. Both taste like ham but with a twist. Battle of the Gingerbread Biscuits

It’s a trio of snacks here today all sporting the Christmas theme. Yes it is time for the battle of the gingerbread biscuits and our contenders are McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestives, Oreo and Sainsbury’s Custard Creams. Gingerbread certainly seems to be the flavour of Christmas this year and I am here for it. I managed to get all three in Sainsbury’s and the prices ranged from 65p – £1.90. The Oreo Gingerbread were the worst of all and the only good thing going for them is the cute little gingerbread design on the front of the biscuit. They have a…

Berczy Winter Cola Hard Seltzer *

Hands up if you are getting excited for Christmas! I think we can tell that I am given todays post and with it being only 1 month to go. Earlier this year Berczy hit the shelves with 3 flavours. Fast forward to the precipice of Christmas festivities and they have released a new winter version of Berczy Winter Cola. You may recall I previously reviewed the original flavours and was pleasantly surprised with how alcoholic sparkling water could be, well, nice. Aside from the new limited edition flavour they too have become carbon neutral! Well done! So what is Berczy?…
