Golden Wonder Chippies

Golden Wonder Chippies Review

Golden Wonder Chippies shop has added a new friend, and it is bringing the gravy vibes. Not the obvious crisp flavour that comes to mind when you want to reach for a bag but it is certainly intriguing and I was kindly gifted these by Golden Wonder in celebration of their new addition.

These Chip shop style potato sticks now come in 3 flavours and you can pick them up in Morissons, Asda, and the new Gravy ones have been spotted in Home Bargains.

There’s some weight to these bags, 100g no less which is more than your average and filled the entire bowl. These look much larger in the bowl, in reality they are like very skinny French Fries that are a little fiddly to eat.

Gravy Chippies – These have a very meaty gravy smell to them which is slightly mind-blowing when it comes to eating crisps. They’re pretty beefy, a little salty and do taste like gravy.

Chip Shop Curry Chippies has the traditional slightly neon yellow hue to these potato sticks. They’re a little sweet with a bite of curry that gets warmer as get through the pack. They’ve nailed the chip shop curry flavour.

Salt and Vinegar Chippies – Salty and punchy these are Salt and Vinegar at it’s finest. The types where as you keep eating them they get more zingy and your tongue goes a bit numb. Fully flavoured perfection.

Golden Wonder Chippies are fully loaded and there is no denying the Salt and Vinegar were the winners for me. Runner up though was the Gravy Chippies which if you love a meaty gravy these are going to be right up your street.

Have you tried these yet?
