Betty Bakes Marathon Flapjack

Ever since the Cupcake Snack Warrior over at Reaching for Refreshment and Kevvie Kev over at Kev’s Snack Reviews have raved about Betty Bakes being as scrummy as they look, I have been on the lookout to try some. Low and behold on one of my numerous trips to Longacres Garden Centre I spied a lonely slightly cracked looking Betty Bakes bar in a basket, and lady luck must have been on my side because it was Betty Bakes Marathon Flapjack, which has, yes you guessed it Peanut Butter!!  Free from additives and nasties, made using all natural ingredients including…

PG Tips Peppermint Capsules

Rejoice there are now Nespresso compatible tea capsules! PG Tips haven’t just gone for their standard tea, oh no no, they have hit us with 4 new compatible capsules, Caramel & Vanilla Black Tea, Green Tea, Raspberry & Apple and today’s review Peppermint. I heart Peppermint tea and the very fact there is now PG Tips Peppermint Capsules excites me greatly. I picked these up at Waitrose on offer for £2.00. Unlike the Nespresso pods I have used before the PG Tips ones require you to peel back the film before popping them in. I was slightly concerned what the intensity…

Ritz Bits Peanut Butter

Peanut butter meets crackers here with today’s review of Ritz Bits Peanut Butter Crackers. I have previously reviewed the pretzel version with Snyders of Hanover PB Pretzels as well as the sweeter Oreo Mini Reese’s PB and UK Oreo PB, so it is only fitting to see how the crackers measure up.  Creamy peanut butter using natural and organic ingredients sandwiched between two crispy golden brown crackers As suggested these are mini. I love Ritz crackers and can literally sit there and quite happily eat the whole box. Thankfully these have the both the traditional look and taste of Ritz crackers. They were…

Malibu Strawberry Kiwi

Malibu already have a couple of ready to drink cans including the more normal end of the scale with Malibu and Cola to the more exotic Malibu and Pineapple. Edging us towards the summery side of things we now have Malibu Strawberry Kiwi.  I love Malibu and without a doubt I have to have a bottle at Christmas, and I must say last year we were on top form with the Malibu based cocktails. When I spied that Malibu were creating a new ready to drink number, I was rather enticed by their addition of strawberry and went on the hunt for a can. …

Ryvita Fruit Crunch Apple & Cinnamon

A while back the lovely Snack Warrior over at Reaching for Refreshment reviewed the New Ryvita Fruit Crunch Apple & Cinnamon crispbreads. I was very apprehensive about what these would be like, when it comes to crispbreads I am a plain and simple savoury gal, but today’s review is challenging that as Ryvita kindly sent me some of their Fruit Crunch Apple & Cinnamon* to try. First off how amazing is that tin! I love it!!! These crispbreads are part of their Fruit Crunch range and accompanies their Currants, Seeds & Oats, which to be fair sounds a little more Ryvita-esque than the…
