Nestle KitKat Ruby Chocolate

Ruby chocolate has been gathering pace and Nestle have certainly helped to bring this a little more mainstream with their KitKat Ruby Chocolate.  Originally only available in Tesco, these bars have gravitated and I found this single bar in Sainsbury’s for 60p. You may have even spied the Easter Egg, which was tempting!  What makes ruby chocolate so special? A number of years ago cocoa experts discovered components of certain cocoa beans could produce a chocolate with an exceptional flavour and colour. This gorgeously coloured Ruby cocoa bean offers a totally new taste experience, and I couldn’t be more excited…

Quality Street Gingerbread Matchmakers

Normally I am very anti Christmas foods being sold when it is still hot and 4 months till the big day. That being said I have said it before and I will say it again, I do break this rule when it comes to gingerbread, because frankly gingerbread is great all year round. If you haven’t seen these already then gingerbread lovers these new Quality Street Gingerbread Matchmakers will peak your interest.  Limited edition and currently only available in Tesco, I made it my mission to find these and thankfully I did not have to look too far. KitKat Peanut Butter Bites

This month has seen it’s fair share of new peanut butter products which means so far this is the best month ever! Shredded Wheat Cherry Bakewell

If you are a regular reader you will know I have a particular love for Cherry Bakewell so whilst perusing Ocado for some new cereal I came across Shredded Wheat Cherry Bakewell and got a wee bit giddy. Given my sheer disappointment over Waitrose’s Cherry Bakewell Granola I am hoping that Nestle can pull it out the bag here and deliver.   £2.49 for a 430g box isn’t too shabby. This Cherry Bakewell cereal is high in fibre and whole grain, has no artificial colours or flavours and is suitable for vegetarians. If you have allergies then beware as aside from…

Nestle Milkybar Mousse

From the chocolate and toffee mousse that was on offer with the Rolo Mousse, we have flipped to the other side today with the likes of the Milkybar Mousse – cue the Milkybar song ….. Alongside Magic Stars and Smarties (until I was banned because of all those E numbers sending me doolally) Milkybar takes me back to my childhood. I was certainly more of a bar gal than the buttons, but it no longer stops there because we now have the Milkybar Mousse. £1.24 for 4 pots. 1 Pot: 85 kcal, 2.4g Sat Fat, 9.6g Sugar, 2.7g Protein – 4 WW Smart…
