Halloween Spooktacular: M&S Witches Fingers & Halloween Horrors

Halloween is fast approaching and thankfully the shops have swung head first into the spooky spirit and are showcasing all things Halloween. M&S are the kings when it comes halloween themed foods. They seem to be one of the brands that actually thinks about it, rather than just renaming a product to sound spooky. So as part of my M&S bundle* I received I was happy to see they had included the M&S Witches Fingers and the mini bag of Halloween Horrors Chocolate.  M&S Witches Fingers*: All butter (18%) biscuits decorated with a vanilla flavoured fondant Perfect for those halloween parties,…

Choc Chick Quinoa Pops and Plantain Bites *

Fresh on the food scene these Choc Chick Quinoa Pops and Plantain Bites only launched on the 13th October. Ethically sourced natural raw cocoa, Choc Chick have chosen the single origin Nacional Arriba Fino de Aroma bean, as it’s renowned for its floral and fruity notes. They also work with cooperatives of family farms that have been growing cacao for generations and are proud to shout out that they can trace each batch from the plantation to fermentation, drying and production. From their traditional black pudding to white pudding, bacon rashers, bacon joints and sausages, the newest are these Clonakilty Ispini Sausages. Made using 100% Irish Pork they are apparently the perfect allrounder. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, BBQ, these sausages have got you covered. The rashers do come in four…

M&S Milk and Cookies Granola

The M&S Christmas range is in full swing and not too long ago I reviewed their Red Velvet Curd. Sadly I wasn’t bowled over by it (read my review here if you missed it) so I am hoping the M&S Milk and Cookies Granola can help put us back on track.  Coming in at £2.50 a 500g box I was most surprised to see it that cheap. Most granolas are averaging around £4.00 so kudos to M&S for keeping this far more affordable and fair. So what can we expect from this granola? Well the description is – ‘Dark chocolate oat…

Oppo Madagascan Vanilla Cheesecake

If someone said to you here’s a cheesecake that isn’t as sinful as a traditional slice of cheesecake but still tastes as good, you would probably think they were off their rocker. Well Oppo have potentially given us just that. Coming in a trio of flavours today’s review is the Oppo Madagascan Vanilla Cheesecake. If you haven’t come across Oppo then they were the ones that made sugar free ice cream taste darn good. FYI Mint Choc Chip is my fave. However no longer is this their only guilt free treat, the new range of chilled cheesecakes has been 2 years…
